9bd1 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9bd1 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 9bd1 website, including all services, games, promotions, and features available on the platform at https://9bd1.org.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the 9bd1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the 9bd1 platform immediately and refrain from creating an account.

To register and use the 9bd1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9bd1 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players without exception.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the 9bd1 platform or from any affiliated platform operated by the Company.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee of 9bd1 or any of its affiliated partners.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes, and you are fully aware that gambling involves financial risk and may result in loss of deposited funds.

9bd1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

When registering a 9bd1 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must not provide false, misleading, or outdated information at any stage of the registration or verification process. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 9bd1 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• All activity conducted through your 9bd1 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified 9bd1 of a security breach prior to that activity taking place.
• 9bd1 may require you to complete a full KYC verification process before permitting any withdrawal from your account. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method (e.g., confirmation of your bKash or Nagad account ownership).
• You must inform 9bd1 promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or registered payment methods.

9bd1 will communicate with you via the email address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address remains accessible and that 9bd1 communications are not filtered as spam. 9bd1 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to receive communications sent to your registered email address.

9bd1 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

9bd1 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following supported local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 9bd1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the 9bd1 platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 9bd1 does not accept deposits from payment methods held in a third party's name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, unless the Player provides verified documentation supporting an alternative method.
• 9bd1 reserves the right to apply a processing time of up to 72 hours for withdrawal requests pending KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically within 30 minutes for mobile wallet transfers and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• 9bd1 will not process withdrawals to accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified or where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. In such circumstances, 9bd1 may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 9bd1 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their own payment provider. 9bd1 does not charge additional platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may vary for specific payment methods and will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

9bd1 may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus offer will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on 9bd1 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus carries a ৳30,000 rollover requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• 9bd1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect any bonus that has already been validly claimed and is actively being wagered by an eligible Player.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

9bd1 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play if it is determined that a Player has exploited a bonus offer, engaged in bonus abuse, or otherwise obtained a bonus in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

All games available on the 9bd1 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated outcomes. The following rules govern all gameplay on the platform:

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 9bd1's servers, the result recorded on the server shall be the definitive and binding result.
• 9bd1 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues on the Player's end. Any bet that was in progress at the time of a connection interruption will be settled in accordance with the game's standard rules as recorded on the 9bd1 server.
• Each game on the 9bd1 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game's interface. Players are advised to review the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund.
• 9bd1 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a software error, game malfunction, or human error on the part of the platform. In such cases, the affected Player will be refunded the stake placed on that void round.

9bd1 operates a sportsbook covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the decision of 9bd1's trading team shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9bd1 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Attempting to defraud 9bd1 or other Players through any means, including through chargebacks, false deposit claims, or collusion with other Players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform features in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other Players.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal, unaffected gameplay conditions.
• Using the 9bd1 platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal sources.
• Registering, accessing, or using the 9bd1 platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting, facilitating, or knowingly permitting an underage individual to access the platform.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming 9bd1 staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

9bd1 may share information about prohibited conduct with relevant law enforcement agencies and financial institutions where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect the interests of the platform and its users.

9bd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable Players to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and sustainable way. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both 9bd1 and all registered Players:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit has been set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Players may request a self-exclusion from the 9bd1 platform for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours; maximum permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests submitted via the account dashboard or by email to [email protected] take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, 9bd1 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform.
• 9bd1 may, at its sole discretion, impose responsible gaming interventions on any account where the Company has a reasonable concern that the Player's gambling behaviour may be harmful, including restricting deposit limits, mandating a cooling-off period, or initiating a welfare check.
• 9bd1 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age at registration will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source after deducting any administrative costs incurred.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9bd1 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any 9bd1 content without the prior written consent of 9bd1.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bd1 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including losses sustained as a direct or indirect result of technical malfunctions, game outcomes, or sports event results.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 9bd1's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, even if 9bd1 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Nothing in this clause limits 9bd1's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9bd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions, eligibility requirements, or bonus terms.
• 9bd1 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other criminal or dishonest activity in connection with the Player's account or betting activity.
• The Player has requested account closure or self-exclusion, in which case 9bd1 will process the closure or exclusion in accordance with the Player's instructions and the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion, 9bd1 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to 9bd1. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

9bd1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9bd1 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the 9bd1 platform after the updated Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 9bd1's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your account, or your use of the 9bd1 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are encouraged to contact 9bd1's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. 9bd1 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all genuine Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

In the event that an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by applicable law. 9bd1's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management shall be final pending the outcome of any such independent review.
